Drinking Water to Lose Weight - Easy to Follow Guide



        Drinking more water is very important for people who are struggling to lose weight.  The reason is that water is satisfying, so it can help in reducing the hunger of a person. Moreover, when the ice water digested it can help in burning fats & calories without any effort. No other drink is healthier than water that everyone can ingest.

        There are lots of reasons that people don’t want to drink plenty of water. A number of people don’t like the taste of water; other declares that they have alternative beverages like tea, soda or coffee to fulfill there thrust all the day long. Low-calorie sweeteners like crystal light are always added in beverage.

What quantity of water is ideal?

        Drinking water is essential for everyone, mainly for dieters. Daily a person needs to drink certain quantity of water. Each person requires different amount of water, although lots of people heard that the ideal amount of water is 8 ounce glasses.  It is not the ideal amount; rather, that amount is an average.

        Drinking high amount of water are conflicted by experts, we have discovered this method which is a good guideline. Get the person’s weight and divide it by 2. This shows daily water ingest requirement of that person. Obviously, quarter of this amount is ingested through foods.  Such as fruits, Soups and many gravies are formed of high amounts of water. The real figure will come after deduction of 20% of that amount.

Here is a quick example of what I am talking about:

Say a person weight is 220 pounds.
220 / 2 = 110 ounces per day requirement.
20% of 110 is 22 it is the quantity which a person ingest from his food.
And deduct 22 from 110 “110 – 22 = 88 “.

The real figure is 88 ounce which means 11(8 ounce) glasses requires daily for this person.

Here is how you drink this amount of water daily:
  • In morning after wake up first thing you do is drink a glass of water.
  • While getting ready for the day drink another glass of water.
  • Before any meal drink jam packed glass of water, what it does is makes you eat less because your stomach will feel occupied.
  • Keep a water bottle with you at least 22 ounces, drink it throughout the day.


Caution:
Don’t drink too much water as it can lead to water intoxication.
