  • While getting ready for the day drink another glass of water.
  • Before any meal drink jam packed glass of water, what it does is makes you eat less because your stomach will feel occupied.
  • Keep a water bottle with you at least 22 ounces, drink it throughout the day.


Caution:
Don’t drink too much water as it can lead to water intoxication.
